Orders placed before 4pm EST will be shipped the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, it will deliver in 1-3 business days.

Canada: Free Shipping on Orders Over $100 CAD.

Taxes included in all prices.

United States: Flat Rate Shipping to USA ($20 CAD); FREE SHIPPING for Orders Over $200 CAD.

No Taxes on Orders going to the United States. 

Returns

We do not accept returns for open boxes of disposable product. 

If you would like to return a non-disposable item, please note we have a 7 day return policy based on date of shipment receipt.  Any items returned after this deadline may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
